How To Upload Photos On Instagram From Laptop
The best ways to publish pictures to Instagram from a desktop web browser
Many web browsers have a way of letting you alter the "Customer Agent"-- things that tells a site what sort of device you get on. So, even when you get on a laptop or desktop, you could trick a website like Instagram into showing you the mobile site. That's what we're going to do.
Safari
On Safari, it's easy. Go to Safari > Preferences > Advanced. Check package at the extremely bottom that states, "Show Develop menu in menu bar"
Now open up a private browsing home window. Go to Develop > User Agent > Safari - iOS 10 - iPhone. Most likely to Instagram.com, sign in and click the camera switch at the end of the display to upload an image from your desktop computer.
Chrome
