1. Open up the Instagram application by touching the icon on your phone. The symbol looks like a camera and needs to state "Instagram" beneath it.

-Under "follow People," tap "Facebook Friends" to follow individuals from your Facebook friends, as well as tap "Contacts" to follow customers from your phone's call listing.
